Making Herbal Drink
This Herbal Drink Will Help You Boost Immunity & Give You Relief From Cough & Cold. Though There Are Many Ways To Prepare This Herbal Drink, But We Have Listed Recipes That Can Be Prepared Easily & Works Better.
NOTE: Please see the pictures of herbs below. You can add all the ingredients below. But, even you can find 3-4 ingredients it’s better. Though only one is sufficient enough if consumed regularly.
- Tinospora Cordifolia
- Fennel Seed
- Cinnamon Stick
- Carom Seed
- Turmeric Powder (Very Small Amount)
- Honey (Optional Just For Taste, Not To Be Added Too Much)
Recipe (1 Cup, Cook Time- 10 Minutes)
Amount Of Ingredients
- 3-4 Black-Pepper*
- 1 tsp Tinospora Cordfolia grated (See Note)*
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp carom seeds
- 1/2 tsp ginger grated*
- 4-5 leaves Basil*
- 2 piece cloves*
- 1 piece Black Cardomom/Cardomom *
- 1/2 inch cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder organic / use freshly grated turmeric
- 1 1/2 cup water
Tinospora Cordifolia is hard to find in all countries. It’s very powerful but not necessary to add in the herbal drink. If you wanna find this it’s called Giloy in India. You can buy the juice from Indian Ayurvedic Store.
* is a very important ingredient. It’s not necessary to add all ingredients. But, please add 3 ingredients out of all-star marked ingredients. Other ingredients are not as important as * marked ingredients.
- In a saucepan, add all the ingredients except honey.
- Switch on the flame and boil on simmer covered till only 3/4th remains.
- Then add honey and it ready to drink.
- Consume hot sip by sip for the best results.
- Do not consume any other liquid or eatable till 1/2 hour post consuming Herbal Drink. Take this twice a day for the best effect.
We took 1 1/2 cup of water. Boil the Herbal Drink on simmer till you get 1 cup left.
