Before Breakfast (Eat/Drink)

You should eat or drink any one of the following. This will boost your immune system and help you fight against different types of diseases.

NOTE: Please eat or drink any only one thing out of the following. There are many things that can boost immunity but these things are easy to find.surprised

Basil Leaves: Consume 5-7 Basil Leaves Before Drinking Or Eating Anything. After that drink a glass of water. You can boil the leaves in a cup of water and drink it too.

Azadirachta indica: Consume 5-7 Azadirachta Leaves Before Drinking Or Eating Anything. After that drink a glass of water. You can boil the leaves in a cup of water and drink it too.

Bitter Gourd: Take a small bitter gourd & grind it well with water. Then drink it before eating & drinking anything.

Phyllanthus Emblica (Indian Gooseberry): Take a raw Gooseberry and consume it then drink a glass of water. If you can’t find the raw gooseberry then buy its juice. Mix 30ml juice with 30ml water and drink it.

Tinospora Cordifolia (Giloy): It’s hard to find in many countries. You can buy its juice or powder. In the case of juice, mix the juice with water (30ml-30ml) and drink it.

In the case of powder mix the powder in water and boil it for 5 minutes. It will be ready for a drink then.

If you can find it’s the tree you can use its leaves or stems. In case of the stem, Just take a small piece of stem, peel it and cut it into small pieces. If you want to drink with cold water then you can grind pieces & water together. Also, if you want to consume with hot water (which is better) then boil the small pieces with water for 10 minutes.
